Drove through a small rubber plantation as we left camp then back on the main road. Some more very big paddocks were eventually left behind.

We turned onto a yellow road (dirt) at Rio Verde de Mato Grosso. Partly to get away from the trucks and partly so we could end up driving SE to Bonita on a white road.

Back into jungle and cattle country. We kept driving until dusk and a small flat, cleared space was spied near a farmers gate. The cattle were as usual nosy and came for a closer look.

A lot of farms have been cleared of bush but look like they have been let go as lots of shrubs growing up everywhere.

Quite a few vehicles and cattle tucks passed in the night.
