2018-03-02 Day 275 Fri

Drove out at 10:45. There is not much to see. Flat dry with a few low shrubs and a bit of tussocky grass. We did however see wildlife. A number of Armadillo’s ran across the road, which we missed. Four stoats, weasels, ferrets or ?? ran across the road one after the other. Guanco became more frequent as did hares

A little bird life including eagles.Lots of horses, a few sheep and cattle near houses. Must be a lonely life out here.
We decided to push through to the Atlantic ocean.

About 18:00hrs we noticed our rear right tyre was half down, the patch had failed. Changed and back on the road in about 30 mins.

A car heading in the other direction threw up a rock and put a star fracture in the top left of windscreen.

While passing around town we saw lots of people out walking, jogging or roller skating, lots of cars parked by the beaches was great to see them all out and about.

Arrived at our chosen campsite just South East of Puerto Madryn just before dark. Had honey chilli chicken and rice for dinner.
