Decided to move on a little earlier today - back down to
Perama caves half way back to the fort. Dropped in at a jewelers and
boy did they have a lot of stock. Some was pretty amazing. The area
is known for it’s silver smithing.
To the cave, Wow certainly worth coming here. A very busy cave with lots of stalactites like every 5 cm there was one. Some tiny some huge and every thing in between. We covered the first 1.1 km of the 5 km deep cave. Certainly up there with the one in Hungary Sadly no photos allowed.

This "bulldozed" sculpture was beside a small lookout and fountain. Made from Stainless and looked very rugged as it they had made it with something big ie. a bulldozer
Onwards
and upwards.
Today
John has decided he likes Greece. The countryside is not what he expected. Rugged
hills, snow, uninhabited places. Wild country.
Still
going east on a slow windy road but great outlook. Lots of
switchbacks
We decided to camp as seems like most tourist places close at 3pm. So up the top of a hill… yeah you get the idea.... The north side of the hill was covered in snow so the track to the aerials was not cleared,
From the corner we got to view some more hills.
This village is quiet different in the housing than the others we have come across. Multi-storied
This water fall across the valley was fascinating.
So we back tracked down and tucked into the side of the road overlooking the valley 700m beow. John hug the washing out to be blown around a bit.
