Our only visitor.

As we left this guy came up to say hello and check us out. We think his is the bike that came past earlier but did not stop. We are thinking that it is not that Russians are unfriendly but that they take your privacy into consideration.

Leaving via the small village we spied some pigs at last. we have not seen any pigs for many many months.





East for a while then north again on secondary roads but they are quite good and we are traveling at over 80km/h for much of the time.

Drove on white to get to the river . At the first small channel there were a lot of locals swimming. As we went to cross one guy chatted to John, I think he had been drinking but he was telling something important. 

We drove on and camped down by the waters edge. 
 

Some obviously drive to the small island. This 4x4 came from out behind the island. People crossed over to the island and back but non came to say hello 

I had a bit of a lie in the water and we sat in our chairs again sharing a can (large 900ml) of beer.

At 8:45 as the sun was sinking we thought it was time to cook dinner. No wonder we are not getting to bed before 23:00.
