9.5ºc. Tomorrow we should be at El Bolsen or within striking distance. Still 400kms to go so we’ll need to do around 200km today. We missed a turn and ended up on the south side of Lago Vinter. Amazingly blue.

Drove back to the East end and stopped just above the water. A 5 star lunch spot. Very windy though. John reheated chicken curry and rice for lunch. I reckon I could live here. The lake is big enough to sail on 30km long, 8km wide with lots of wind, at least today.

After lunch the fisheries officers came by and looked at our copied passport had a chat about EC. We were informed in winter there is 1 meter of snow here. Would need a good fire in the house! To soon to stop for the night so we continued on.

We saw this Gas station in a demountable.

At Lago Rosario there was a cost to get to the waters edge so we hightailed it north up the hill, on a white road. Found a little spot by two small dams and were visited by some livestock. The bull had a bell around his neck. Hopefully he will sleep well.
