John was up early but I lazed a bit.
We continued with the cleanup and repack.
John checked the Australian Governments website smart traveler to find that Iran is now listed as orange, "rethink your need to travel". However Adrian and Christina drove around there for one month with it listed as such. We need to think about it.

John
started trouble shooting the compressor, On investigating, the electrical
leads at the pressure switch near the outlet came away in his hands - problem found.
We got a text from Selmon to say our parts had arrive at Webasto so we prepared EC for traveling and went to say good bye to our hosts, getting Israfil out of his bed at 11am!! We gave him one of our kangaroos and headed back in towards Istanbul.
We stopped for fuel and noticed the childrens toilet in the gas station. Pretty groovy!
Finding
Webasto was easy this time and
paid the ransom for the parts €350
and asked if they new where to buy a new pressure switch? No - but they
could repair our broken one - which they did for free.
We
spent the next hour or so driving from one shop to the next trying to
find a new pressure switch. One shop dragged in their neighbor who had good
English. Finally found some pressure switches, but their on pressure was too low. We
had a quick bite to eat at the English speakers restaurant and left
for Mongolia….
Across the Bospherus on the Northern most bridge supposedly the only one trucks are allowed to cross to help with the congestion around Istanbul
One
of the roads we drove on was very new, not yet on our map and a 10
lane highway with not a car in sight.
When off the highway the roads
are windy, and hence slow.
Finally
found a camp along a beach, quiet a bit of rubbish washed up which is
a shame.
