2019-07-13 Day 289 Sat

John had noticed a small yellow car camped at the pass but it had left before we did.

I drove down the track which did not bother me… Down the very windy road With wonderful views back down the mountain. Lots of yurts with their associated stock.

It is common to see a group of, up to about 10, foals tethered to a horizontal rope. This I guess keeps mum in the vicinity.

It is much drier on this side of the hill and once we got down to the valley floor it was very dry.

We saw the little yellow car and stopped for a chat. 3 Polish lads having a very quick road trip.
It started to rain with thunder and lightening.

Just after the next pass of 2800 we found a small camp perched above the road which we hope will be fantastic views if it clears in the morning. The rain soon stopped. Quiet a few cars went past.
