We
walked out to the point.
These friendly fellows came to say hello. We
walked as far as we could a beautiful day.
I
continued to walk down the northern coast while John returned to get
the vehicle.
It
was to be slow going, only other alternative would be to retrace our
steps….No fun in that.
Just
as we got back to white road we came across the ruins of this church.
Must have been twice as big with a vestibule on the side. Still being
used and has had a little repair done to the ceiling. Another remains
close buy and another church 100m away that we did not visit.
Now
we were driving on the south coast with the sun very low. Turned off
to drive 1km to the beach for the night. Past a restaurant near the
beach before finding a camp our of sight on the waters edge.
John
went out and took his camp photos.
There
was a navel vessel anchored further west with it’s generators
running. Really quite a noisy thrum.
A
small fish boat came by and shone their lights on us from both sides.
Although
we have good connectivity with internet not much data is flowing….
